Teams at ModWash LLC

Manages daily car wash site operations while supporting the general manager, leading employees, maintaining service standards, driving membership sales, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include opening and closing the site, equipment troubleshooting, chemical inventory management, staff scheduling and development, safety and compliance, administrative duties, facility cleanliness, and recruiting. The role requires outdoor work, physical activity, flexible scheduling, and at least two years of leadership experience.

Administers and troubleshoots company hardware, software, networks, Wi-Fi, IP telephony, Active Directory, Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive. Installs, configures, upgrades, and repairs systems; manages employee accounts and equipment; evaluates new technology; supports workstation moves; and assists the IT Director with procedures and special projects.

Assist with daily car wash site operations, customer service, membership sales, team supervision, employee training, safety, equipment troubleshooting, chemical inventory, administrative duties, and facility standards. Support the General Manager in meeting sales goals, maintaining compliance, recruiting and developing employees, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
