Supports daily car wash site operations, customer service, membership sales, team productivity, safety, recruiting, training, equipment maintenance, chemical inventory, administrative tasks, and facility standards. Assists the general manager in achieving sales goals, delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining compliance, and improving business performance. Requires outdoor work, flexible scheduling, and physical mobility around vehicles and equipment.

Assist with daily car wash site operations, customer service, membership sales, team supervision, employee training, equipment troubleshooting, inventory management, safety, compliance, and facility presentation. Support the general manager with opening and closing procedures, staffing, performance management, recruiting, and achieving sales goals. The role requires outdoor work, physical activity, flexible scheduling, and frequent interaction with customers, employees, vehicles, and equipment.
