Supports the design of websites, digital experiences, presentations, and brand assets for client projects. Collaborates with designers, project managers, engineers, and clients; participates in brainstorming, critiques, and creative reviews; iterates on feedback; follows design systems and brand guidelines; and explores emerging design tools and AI-powered workflows while developing skills through mentorship.

Develops and leads enterprise SEO and generative engine optimization strategies across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms. Advises clients, audits technical and content performance, builds search frameworks, evaluates emerging tools, and translates complex insights for senior stakeholders. Collaborates with marketing, content, analytics, design, engineering, and account teams to improve brand visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other LLM-driven experiences.

Lead the architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable digital products. Provide hands-on software engineering, technical direction, code reviews, mentoring, and architectural guidance. Collaborate with Product, Design, project managers, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, user-centered applications, including websites, mobile apps, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions.

Partners with the Managing Director to translate priorities into owned initiatives, manage leadership operating rhythms, track portfolios and action items, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide operational support across systems, purchasing, budgets, vendors, and office logistics. The role also manages the executive agenda and communications while improving processes across globally distributed teams.

Build and deploy scalable AI-powered applications for client projects. Responsibilities include integrating LLMs, developing prompts, RAG systems and agentic workflows, implementing guardrails and observability, optimizing latency and cost, prototyping solutions, documenting architectures, and collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
