Moderate and engage with German-speaking sports fans during live NFL, NBA, and other sporting events. Respond to comments and questions, maintain positive communities, enforce content policies, escalate issues, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate with internal teams. Requires native-level German, strong writing skills, current knowledge of American football and basketball, social moderation or community experience, reliable equipment and internet, and weekend/evening availability.

Engagement Moderators support clients and players across multiple platforms, guide customers, resolve concerns, monitor Discord and social media communities, and adapt to project updates. The role requires independent work, reliable communication, at least seven hours weekly, French and English fluency, immediate orientation availability, a 90-day commitment, and a Windows gaming-capable workspace with stable broadband.
