Oversee daily casino operations including slots, cage, security, F&B, EVS/facilities and guest services. Manage labor, budgets, scheduling, compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls, incident response, leadership development, SOPs, and serve as Manager on Duty.

Oversee casino accounting, revenue audit, compliance, IT, surveillance, internal controls, budgeting, purchasing, payroll analytics, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly financial statements and budgets; coordinate regulatory and financial audits; manage vendor relationships, investigate reconciliations variances, provide financial analysis to leadership, and assist with departmental SOPs.
