Own and evolve a production Databricks platform on AWS for regulated healthcare data. Responsibilities include workspace and Unity Catalog administration, Terraform-based infrastructure, CI/CD, security controls, observability, incident response, FinOps, disaster recovery, and self-service enablement. The role partners with data, analytics, ML, AI, cybersecurity, governance, and cloud teams while establishing scalable platform standards and guardrails.

Lead and grow a platform engineering team responsible for developer enablement, self-service tooling, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, cloud-native deployment environments, observability, reliability, security, governance, and cost optimization. Own the internal developer platform roadmap, establish enterprise standards, partner with product and security leaders, and track platform impact through DORA metrics, adoption, and developer satisfaction.
