Optimize cloud costs, support HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2 compliance, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong AWS, scripting, infrastructure-as-code, communication, and problem-solving expertise, with opportunities to shape technical strategy and cloud operations.

Lead the Agile Release Train by facilitating PI Planning and ART ceremonies, coordinating engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders, and managing dependencies, risks, metrics, and delivery objectives. Partner with leadership on technical roadmaps, capacity planning, and continuous improvement. Coach teams in Agile and SAFe practices while supporting traditional software and AI/ML development lifecycles. Use generative AI to automate reporting, analyze program data, identify bottlenecks, and improve predictability.

Provides software support to EMR users by handling inbound inquiries, troubleshooting application issues, documenting and replicating bugs, educating clients, and coordinating escalations. The role supports either clinical or practice management teams, requires strong communication and prioritization skills, and involves handling 25 or more calls daily. It is a hybrid position based in Boca Raton, Florida, with onsite work three days weekly for local employees.
