Own product analytics and telemetry as the source of truth for product performance, adoption, and platform utilization. Query and blend data across Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, WalkMe, and Datadog; build dashboards tracking adoption, funnels, utilization, and retention; connect telemetry to Jira initiatives; quantify ROI; define instrumentation governance; and present executive insights that guide roadmap prioritization.

Leads development of reliable, scalable healthcare integration services and API ecosystem capabilities. Designs and maintains software systems, owns delivery outcomes, collaborates with global engineering teams, improves technical and operational practices, and mentors junior engineers. Requires strong Java, Angular, Spring Boot, SQL, REST, and AWS skills, with healthcare interoperability experience in HL7 or FHIR preferred.
