Lead end-to-end design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended enterprise learning solutions. Own new-hire onboarding strategy and delivery, consult with stakeholders, apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE), mentor design teams, manage multiple projects, monitor learning effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements and inclusive, accessible learning practices.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts, execute manual and automated test cases, identify and track defects, perform regression testing, collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams, and support CI/CD and testing processes across platforms (including mobile, API, and database).

Provide inbound/outbound technical support for devices via phone, email, and help desk tickets; document interactions, troubleshoot basic issues, escalate when needed, and follow service level agreements and processes while learning from experienced team members.
