Teams at Modivcare

Lead and deliver projects from initiation to close, define scope, manage timelines/budgets, mitigate risks, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, mentor junior PMs, report to senior leadership, and perform post-implementation reviews. Occasional travel required.

Provide inbound/outbound technical support for devices via phone, email, and help desk tickets; document interactions, troubleshoot basic issues, escalate when needed, and follow service level agreements and processes while learning from experienced team members.

Manage end-to-end client marketing programs: plan, implement, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage asset inventory, ensure timely launch and reporting, analyze performance, conduct post-implementation reviews, and escalate/resolve risks.
