Leads complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs with multiple cross-functional workstreams. Manages timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, vendors, governance, and executive communications. Coordinates business, technology, operational, and organizational initiatives while driving accountability and measurable outcomes. Develops integrated program plans, dashboards, mitigation strategies, and status reports, serving as an escalation point for issues and supporting strategic decision-making.

Supports transportation service request fulfillment, standing orders, hospital discharge assignments, utilization reviews, pre-authorizations, denials, appeals, audits, and customer service issue investigations. The role communicates with members, facilities, clients, and providers; maintains records; supports cost-saving reviews; and reports utilization and billing trends. Work involves frequent telephone, computer, headset, and data-entry activities.

Leads enterprise integration strategy and delivery, managing teams, roadmaps, budgets, risks, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Oversees integration tools and technologies, mentors leaders, defines performance metrics, and drives change management and continuous improvement. Requires extensive software integration experience, leadership capability, healthcare knowledge, and familiarity with APIs, ETL, messaging queues, middleware, and Agile project management.
