The Data Insights Analyst II analyzes complex data sets to provide insights for strategic decisions, collaborates with teams for performance optimization, and communicates findings using visualization tools.

Lead development and execution of product strategy across multiple products or a strategic product. Define vision, roadmap, OKRs, and go-to-market; drive cross-functional alignment, user and market research, analytics, agile delivery, and post-launch optimization. Mentor product managers and manage stakeholder communications, risk, and performance measurement.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives and the Board, manage complex calendars, travel, confidential communications, and prepare executive/board materials and presentations. Lead and mentor the EA team, set KPIs, oversee resourcing and budgets, liaise across functions, support onboarding of executives, and drive team satisfaction and retention while ensuring operational excellence.
