Define product strategy, KPIs, and priorities; lead initiatives from onboarding through financing and document signing; create PRDs; partner with engineering, design, operations, and account management; run A/B tests; build Heap analytics dashboards; improve UX and contractor adoption; and prototype AI-powered solutions using tools such as Claude and Cursor.

Own the full mid-market sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract close. Build and manage a pipeline, conduct consultative discovery and presentations, communicate ROI, develop relationships with business decision-makers, track activity in CRM systems, and meet revenue goals.
