Analyze a consumer-financing marketplace by evaluating lender coverage, credit segments, funnel performance, risks, contractor demand, and growth opportunities. Develop lender scorecards, identify coverage gaps and operational issues, model financial opportunities, monitor early-warning indicators, and recommend actions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Compliance, leadership, and external lenders to support planning, negotiations, product expansion, and performance improvement.

Leads the strategy, growth, economics, and performance of 360 Finance’s lender marketplace. Owns lender recruitment, partnerships, pricing, monetization, commercial negotiations, marketplace performance, and lender organization development. Builds relationships with banks, fintech lenders, credit unions, and point-of-sale providers while optimizing outcomes for consumers, contractors, lenders, and the company. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal/Compliance to scale the marketplace and ensure effective controls.

Leads B2B inbound marketing strategy across acquisition, MQL generation, pipeline growth, events, and marketing operations. Oversees Salesforce-based attribution and funnel reporting, marketing technology workflows, and data integrity. Partners with Sales, Product/IT, and Account Management to drive revenue outcomes. Manages, coaches, and develops marketing professionals while improving processes, presenting data-driven recommendations, and aligning inbound, events, and operations with business goals.
