Own and execute the inbound calls product roadmap for homeowners and contractors. Define KPIs, write PRDs, run A/B tests, analyze results, and drive adoption. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and call centers; use AI tools to prototype and automate workflows; and translate market research into prioritized, outcome-driven product initiatives.

Own and grow the Appointments product by defining roadmap, executing features from discovery to scale, running A/B tests, leveraging AI automation, analyzing product metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive adoption and business outcomes for homeowners and contractors.
