Supports insurance operations through certificate administration, including applications, underwriting, maintenance, disbursements, conservation, and claims. The intern researches and follows up on files and reports, contributes to process improvement initiatives, and supports special projects while developing communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Supports data analytics, reporting, research, process improvement, and special projects. The intern collaborates cross-functionally, researches trends and best practices, and gains experience using data to support business decisions in financial services.

Supports the Agency Products team through product research, reporting, process documentation, spreadsheet updates, training material development, and product administration assistance. The intern will summarize reports, document workflows, collaborate cross-functionally, and support field representatives and Home Office staff. This full-time, 11-week internship is conducted primarily on-site and provides exposure to financial services products and business operations.
