Teams at Modern Treasury

Investigate, triage, and resolve technical customer issues involving payment APIs, banking networks, ledgers, reconciliation, fiat and stablecoin settlement, and onboarding. Participate in incident response, collaborate with Engineering and Product on root-cause analysis, improve support processes, analyze trends, and use AI tools to accelerate investigations and develop repeatable workflows. The role requires production troubleshooting, strong written communication, and familiarity with APIs, integration protocols, payments, SQL, observability, and support tools.

Leads company strategy, resource allocation, product economics, pricing, capital markets, fundraising, debt, M&A, board and investor relations, and finance organization growth. Partners with the CEO and management team to scale the payments business, optimize long-term value creation, negotiate with financial partners, and develop AI-enabled finance operations.

Manage daily operations for Modern Treasury’s San Francisco headquarters and oversee the New York office. Responsibilities include facilities maintenance, vendor relationships, office standards, space planning, events, mail and courier services, swag and gifts, workplace tickets, budgets, inspections, and employee workplace support. The role requires a visible, proactive presence in the office five days per week, with occasional early mornings or evenings for events.
