Assesses client LAN/WAN infrastructure, servers, endpoints, configurations, and security tooling against MSP and industry standards. Owns benchmarking, scorecards, service-day deliverables, documentation, SOPs, and client-facing recommendations. Identifies risks and project opportunities, reduces reactive tickets, contributes to technology standards, and coordinates handoffs with service desk, projects, and vCIO teams. The role requires onsite client meetings, weekend on-call participation, proactive infrastructure alignment, and use of Microsoft and ConnectWise tools.
