Attend qualified homeowner appointments, educate clients on roofing solutions, present customized proposals, close contracts, follow up on deals, maintain the sales pipeline, exceed monthly goals, and coordinate with project managers to support customer satisfaction.

Conduct outbound calls to homeowners, explain roof inspection benefits, overcome objections, and secure or confirm appointments for in-home sales opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records, track confirmation and sit-rate KPIs, submit performance reports, follow sales scripts, and participate in weekly performance meetings. The role includes full training, base pay, uncapped commission, and growth opportunities.
