Conduct outbound calls to homeowners, explain roof inspection benefits, overcome objections, and secure or confirm appointments for in-home sales opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records, track confirmation and sit-rate KPIs, submit performance reports, follow sales scripts, and participate in weekly performance meetings.
