Supports payroll accounting by preparing and validating journal entries, reconciling payroll-related accounts, resolving discrepancies, maintaining documentation, and assisting with month-end and year-end close. The role prepares reports, supports audits, maintains controls, and identifies process improvements while collaborating with Payroll, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, Benefits, and external vendors. This is a part-time position of up to 20 hours per week.
