The Sr. Corporate Counsel advises on technology transactions, privacy, employment, and M&A. The role requires legal expertise, negotiation skills, and leveraging AI for efficiency.

Lead platform product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for shared services (data, identity/security, workflow, APIs, integration, observability, AI). Build and grow PM teams, drive extensibility and developer experience, ensure non-functional outcomes (performance, scale, reliability, security/compliance), and establish intake/prioritization governance to accelerate product-line development and platform adoption.

Manage customer support tickets for Model N, troubleshoot and resolve enterprise SaaS issues using SQL and reporting tools, communicate status and next steps, escalate when needed, contribute to documentation, and develop technical and product expertise.
