Deliver product and web analytics for healthcare clients by implementing and maintaining tracking, configuring Adobe CJA, building reports and dashboards (GA4, Heap, CJA), querying and transforming data with SQL/Python/R, troubleshooting tags (Freshpaint/Tealium), and presenting insights to drive digital experience improvements. Occasional client travel (~5–10%).
