The HR Generalist manages employee engagement, events, recruiting support, performance and development processes, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, leave programs, HR records, payroll and benefits audits, compliance filings, policies, and mandatory training. The role requires strong communication, emotional intelligence, discretion, problem-solving, and attention to detail. It is remote within Virginia, Tennessee, or North Carolina, with occasional travel to offices or company meetings.

Lead cross-functional delivery teams to manage digital product and software engagements. Coordinate sprints, maintain project plans and backlogs, track milestones and costs, manage scope/schedule/vendors, identify and mitigate risks, ensure quality and brand standards, and communicate with client stakeholders. Occasional travel for client visits.

Occasionally travel for client visits.

Lead multi-phase enterprise web modernization engagements: manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and multi-vendor delivery. Use agile practices and Jira Advanced Plans to drive releases, track dependencies, and mitigate risks. Serve as primary client-facing advisor, guide organizational change, mentor PMs, and ensure quality, on-time delivery and budget control.
