Manage a full inbound EMEA sales pipeline: consult with customers on influencer marketing, run discovery calls and demos, close deals, drive product adoption, keep CRM updated, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Success, Support, Marketing, and Finance.

The Senior Product Data Engineer will build, iterate, and launch data products, focusing on large-scale data processing and ETL/ELT pipelines, using various technologies and implementing AI features.

Provide first-line support via Intercom, email, and occasional video; troubleshoot and reproduce product issues; advise customers on influencer marketing workflows; escalate bugs with clear context; maintain and improve Help Center and internal docs; contribute to incident communications; surface product feedback to the team.
