Own end-to-end technical recruiting for senior engineering roles: source passive candidates, build pipelines, manage the process from outreach to offer, partner closely with engineering hiring managers, craft effective outreach, and continuously improve recruiting practices and candidate experience.

The Senior Product Data Engineer will build, iterate, and launch data products, focusing on large-scale data processing and ETL/ELT pipelines, using various technologies and implementing AI features.

Provide first-line support via Intercom, email, and occasional video; troubleshoot and reproduce product issues; advise customers on influencer marketing workflows; escalate bugs with clear context; maintain and improve Help Center and internal docs; contribute to incident communications; surface product feedback to the team.
