Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI/ML roles as Modal’s first dedicated technical recruiter. Partner with founders, technical leaders, and the Head of Talent to define hiring standards, develop sourcing strategies, guide interviews, close candidates, and deliver a fair, thoughtful candidate experience. Use market data to manage searches and expectations while supporting candidates through high-stakes decisions.

Own Modal’s employee technology environment, including identity and access, devices, SaaS applications, internal systems, automation, support, hardware, and vendors. Build secure onboarding and offboarding workflows, manage endpoints, integrate business systems, and improve IT operations through automation. Establish the technical direction and operating model for IT while remaining hands-on and eventually building a team as the company scales.

Own Modal’s go-to-market data platform, including organization and people graphs, identity resolution, CRM schemas, Snowflake and dbt models, reverse ETL pipelines, revenue operations metrics, forecasting, attribution, and data quality systems. Partner with Data, RevOps, and Marketing to support customer context, routing, territory management, campaigns, reporting, and reliable GTM workflows.
