Oversees architects, contractors, stakeholders, design phases, cost, schedule, quality, procurement, workshops, implementation planning, and field reviews. Manages project staff, supports proposals and business development, maintains client alignment, and mentors team members. Requires periodic travel to project sites and offices.

Lead owner-representative architecture and construction delivery for large complex building projects across the NC/SC region. Oversee project definition, procurement, design, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, budgets, schedules, contracts, stakeholder relationships, staff management, and regional business development. Provide design and construction management oversight, attend field and OAC meetings, monitor closeout, and ensure projects meet client objectives and contract requirements.
