Manage complex building projects across definition, procurement, design, pre-construction, bidding, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Responsibilities include budget and schedule oversight, design and construction management, contract and vendor coordination, client and stakeholder communication, field observations, change-order and pay-application review, reporting, and project financial forecasting. The role requires collaboration with architects, contractors, consultants, and owners, with travel of up to 25%.

Manage architectural design and construction planning for complex projects on behalf of owners. Coordinate clients, stakeholders, architects, contractors, and consultants across programming, procurement, design, pre-construction, bidding, and construction. Monitor cost, schedule, quality, and alignment with project goals; lead workshops, meetings, design reviews, field walks, and mock-up reviews. Support implementation plans, proposal development, and project communications. Travel to project sites and offices up to 25% of the time.

Leads the design, documentation, coordination, and delivery of complex construction projects as the owner’s representative. Oversees project teams, consultants, budgets, schedules, quality, construction activities, RFIs, submittals, change orders, commissioning, and closeout. Serves as the primary client and field representative, leads project meetings, manages stakeholders, mentors staff, and supports design and construction success. Travel to project sites and offices may reach 25%.
