Leads design management and owner’s representation for complex construction projects from project definition through construction. Oversees visioning, programming, procurement, design, stakeholder coordination, cost, schedule, quality, and implementation plans. Manages architect and contractor relationships, client communications, meetings, field reviews, proposals, and project staff. Mentors teams, supports business development, and maintains alignment with the owner’s goals. Travel to project sites, client offices, and company offices may reach 25%.

Lead and oversee large, complex building projects as the owners representative: manage design and construction phases, client and contractor relationships, project budgets/schedules, staff leadership, business development, contract oversight, commissioning, and closeout. Ensure project delivery on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals.
