Lead architecture, development, and maintenance of WordPress delivery frameworks and website migrations using Gutenberg. Build custom themes, plugins, blocks, APIs, and reusable code while ensuring accessibility, performance, scalability, and testability. Support client websites, document implementations, and deliver user-facing features. Collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders using Agile methods. Provide technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and team training.

Develop and modernize client-facing federal web applications by migrating legacy front ends to React. Build responsive, reusable UI components with React, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap; integrate RESTful services; implement accessibility compliance under Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA; and write unit, integration, and regression tests. Collaborate remotely with product, design, and backend teams using Agile practices and tools including Git, Jira, and Slack.
