Receive and dispatch ambulance and EMS requests, coordinate emergency and non-emergency resources, manage radio and telephone communications, track unit status, support multi-agency responses, maintain accurate records and reports, and use dispatch center equipment and systems. The role also handles air-medical flight following, emergency medical dispatch protocols, and professional communication with hospitals, agencies, and customers.

Provides emergency and non-emergency ambulance transport, patient assessment, stabilization, and pre-hospital care within EMT-Basic licensure. Drives and maintains emergency vehicles, communicates with medical and emergency personnel, documents patient care, manages scenes, and performs extrication support. Requires Michigan EMT-Basic licensure, driver licensing, healthcare provider certification, FEMA NIMS training, physical ability, and additional trauma and pediatric certifications within six months.

Provides emergency and non-emergency medical care, patient assessment, stabilization, transport, documentation, and communication with medical facilities. Drives and maintains ambulances, performs extrication, manages emergency scenes, and administers pre-hospital treatment within EMT-Basic licensure and approved protocols. Requires Michigan EMT-Basic licensure, driver credentials, healthcare provider certification, FEMA NIMS training, physical ability, emergency response skills, and additional trauma and pediatric certifications within six months.
