Prepare month-, quarter-, and year-end closes under IFRS and German GAAP; produce HGB financial statements, reconcile balance sheets and VAT returns, and support tax returns, audits, and German authorities. Partner with local and central finance teams on accounting and billing matters, while improving and digitizing accounting processes and implementing systems and controls.

Own CRM strategy and end-to-end campaigns for B2C customers across email, push, in-app, and other channels. Develop segmentation, personalization, lifecycle journeys, campaign briefs, and delivery plans. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, run A/B tests, and optimize outcomes. Partner with Marketing, Product, Tech, Analytics, agencies, and senior stakeholders while improving CRM capabilities, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Own end-to-end FP&A for a standalone subsidiary, serving as a strategic finance partner to leadership while building financial infrastructure. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, reporting, scenario modeling, business cases, overhead and headcount planning, variance analysis, process automation, and consolidation into the central reporting framework. The role also bridges the subsidiary with Central FP&A and drives performance management, financial governance, and decision support.
