The Account Executive will drive enterprise sales for in-building wireless solutions, including public safety and cellular DAS projects. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing channel partners, developing pipelines, presenting technical solutions, forecasting, negotiating complex deals, maintaining client relationships, and documenting sales activity in a CRM. The role requires extensive enterprise sales experience, industry knowledge, a strong track record closing multimillion-dollar deals, and 30%–70% travel within the territory.

Provides first-point-of-contact support for customers, vendors, and visitors; manages customer accounts, orders, invoices, billing inquiries, payments, records, and routine reports. The role requires coordination with service, operations, and sales teams, accurate use of company systems, and professional onsite customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Provides customer service and operational support for wireless service and installation work. Coordinates technicians, installers, customers, and vendors; schedules and follows up on service appointments; prepares, maintains, closes, and invoices work orders; conducts customer satisfaction follow-up; supports equipment returns, inventory control, and field parts requests.
