Lead frontend architecture, testing, performance, accessibility, design systems, code review, and release practices. Collaborate with the CTO, CEO, and product delivery team to make financial planning workflows usable, improve the existing application without a rewrite, and lead it to general release. Help grow the frontend team over time.
