Provides out-of-school enrichment programming for elementary-aged youth, including activity planning, homework support, transportation, behavior management, safety supervision, and culturally responsive curriculum development. Maintains attendance, meal, inventory, incident, and reporting records; supports outreach, registration, community events, referrals, and parent communication. Requires collaboration with schools, families, volunteers, and community organizations, along with compliance with safety and DCYF requirements.

Assists teachers with childcare and early childhood development activities for children ages 0–5. Supports health, safety, nutrition, hygiene, behavior guidance, classroom routines, meals, maintenance, and emergency procedures. Helps organize learning activities, supervises children, supports parents and volunteers, maintains sanitary environments, follows Head Start and licensing requirements, reports suspected abuse, and participates in required trainings and meetings.

Design and deliver culturally relevant enrichment curriculum and 8-week program cycles for youth (8-17). Supervise staff, interns, volunteers; manage intake, records, reporting, safety, and family engagement. Coordinate outings, partner with community providers, and provide referrals. Maintain certifications, oversee snacks/meals, and support events and trainings.
