Support the Community Manager by overseeing rent collection, leasing, resident relations, team coaching, and daily property operations. Drive occupancy and retention, enforce leases and safety standards, support marketing and events, assist maintenance oversight, and ensure outstanding resident experiences and accurate financial reporting.

Lead daily operations, financial performance, leasing, maintenance, and resident experience for a multifamily property. Manage budgets, reporting, compliance, team hiring/training, resident retention, vendor oversight, and onsite inspections while using RealPage/OneSite systems and ensuring legal and safety compliance.

Support the Community Manager in property operations and financial management; handle rent collection, delinquency and eviction processes; lease and renew units; coach and supervise leasing staff; support marketing, resident relations, maintenance oversight, and Fair Housing compliance to drive occupancy and retention.
