Supports consumer research project delivery by checking online survey accuracy, validating data tables, creating PowerPoint charts, and verifying data integrity and formatting. The role requires attention to detail, basic market research and statistical knowledge, strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training and feedback provided to support professional development.

Provides operational, logistical, administrative, and study support for sensory panel activities. Responsibilities include preparing product samples and panel areas, managing consumables and inventory, maintaining documentation and databases, coordinating panellist communications, supporting questionnaire setup in EyeQuestion, assisting with sensory sessions, following SOPs and food safety standards, and identifying process improvements in an ISO-certified laboratory environment.
