Lead procurement and supply chain operations for a fast-growing multi-site restaurant group: manage suppliers, source and qualify vendors (including international), negotiate contracts, improve forecasting and stock planning, troubleshoot delivery issues, implement scalable procurement processes, and drive automation (including AI) to ensure reliable, cost-effective supply flow across stores.

Lead and standardize day-to-day operations across company and franchise stores. Build playbooks, run audits, certify teams, improve kitchen efficiency and food safety (HACCP), manage delivery platforms, recruit and develop ops leaders, and lead new store openings to meet Berlin standards.
