Provides technical and on-site support to customers, troubleshooting electroplating, water treatment, and wastewater processes. The role recommends process and cost optimizations, prepares technical reports, responds to technical inquiries, maintains safety compliance, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports the Sales Team. Up to 50% travel is required for customer visits and service activities.

Support laser drilling manufacturing by leading new product introduction readiness, transferring products into production, developing and validating processes, and improving production efficiency. Design tooling and fixtures, implement lean principles, resolve technical issues, guide production technicians, and minimize downtime. Manage part qualifications and transitions with supply chain and quality teams while documenting testing and ensuring customer requirements and delivery schedules are met.

Designs and evaluates RF power electronics hardware, establishes architectures, selects and qualifies components, performs reliability and failure analysis, and leads verification, validation, simulation, and performance testing. The role also supports corrective actions, production readiness, technical documentation, and communication with customers and engineering teams. Up to 10% travel is required.
