Provide technical support and process optimization for STT products, participate in R&D and product improvement, support mass production, provide on-site customer guidance and training, coordinate technical-commercial activities with sales, and prepare process manuals, qualification reports, and application documentation.

Support development, deployment, and continuous improvement of global OPEX/Lean programs across manufacturing and service sites. Implement Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM), run kaizen events, train staff, monitor program adoption, coordinate with manufacturing engineering on time studies, layout, automation support, material flow and capacity planning, and execute site-specific improvement projects.

Lead sourcing and operational procurement for IM&S categories across SEA countries. Manage end-to-end PR-to-PO processes, supplier onboarding, local supplier relationships, RFQs, and SAP Ariba workflows. Support category strategy execution, procurement governance, compliance checks, spend reporting, and stakeholder engagement while enabling cost optimization and supplier performance monitoring.
