Supports manufacturing readiness and high-volume electronics assembly operations by setting up workstations, verifying tooling, managing PCBA and ESD processes, troubleshooting issues, conducting quality inspections, interpreting technical documentation, and driving continuous improvement. The role also develops preventive maintenance plans, tracks MTBF and MTTR KPIs, manages spare parts, supports QMS and ISO compliance, and collaborates with engineers, supervisors, suppliers, and production teams.

Leads daily electro-mechanical assembly line operations and production shifts, driving output, quality, safety, and takt-time targets. Responsibilities include assigning work, tracking hourly performance, troubleshooting bottlenecks, auditing assembly against procedures, overseeing soldering and harnessing tasks, controlling nonconforming units, coaching and cross-training assemblers, maintaining skill certifications, balancing the line, and leading continuous improvement. Ensures equipment setup, 6S, ESD compliance, and safe operation around electrical, thermal, mechanical, and high-voltage equipment.

Work with semiconductor customers, regional HQ, and internal teams to drive development collaborations, communicate customer needs to MSD Germany, provide technical and commercial support, and support next-generation product development. Requires ongoing self-development and up to 10–30% international travel.
