Owns the full production lifecycle for vehicle wraps, large-format print, and digital healthcare screen content. Responsibilities include repairing and preflighting artwork, preparing vendor-compliant files, creating mockups and templates, editing video, applying AI-assisted production workflows, quality assurance, archiving, and coordinating with production, design, account, and print vendor teams.

Leads cross-functional digital, print, video, live event, and custom projects from kickoff through delivery. Manages timelines, budgets, stakeholders, risks, meetings, KPIs, vendors, production logistics, and project execution across multiple departments. Uses Workfront, Salesforce, and Workday for tracking and communication while coordinating internal teams, external partners, freelancers, venues, audiovisual procurement, and event operations.
