Lead futures clearing operations across global exchanges, ensuring trades are accurately cleared, allocated, booked, and reconciled. Resolve issues with exchanges, brokers, and clients; oversee back-office systems; support automation and process improvement initiatives; guide team members; and maintain compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. The role works closely with Front Office, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams and requires coverage of a 12–8 p.m. shift and rotating US holidays.

Supports financial reporting applications, master data, account mappings, reporting hierarchies, period closures, reconciliations, and production issue resolution. Partners with SAP Support, Finance, IT, and business teams; maintains reporting controls, supports SOX and audit requests, facilitates user training, and helps ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant financial reporting across SAP, OneStream, and Hyperion environments.

Supports tax-related financial reporting, including current and deferred tax, disclosures, provisions, regulatory reporting, and tax compliance across legal entities. Coordinates tax calendars, validates filing data, prepares workpapers and reconciliations, and serves as a primary contact for internal and external tax audits. Maintains documentation, audit trails, technical support, and review controls for tax positions and reported balances.
