Provide administrative and operational HR support including onboarding, HRIS data entry, FMLA/leave administration, interview scheduling, vendor/procure-to-pay processing, and serve as initial HR contact. Serve as primary HR business partner for multiple manufacturing plants, leading employee relations, investigations, recruitment, performance management, training, compliance (OSHA/GMP), change management, payroll/record accuracy, workforce engagement, and mentoring HR staff.

Work safely on food production lines operating and changing over machinery, performing manual production and sanitation tasks, maintaining simple records, supporting quality and food safety, using basic computer skills, and lifting/handling materials as required across shifts.

Responsible for plant accounting period-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, inventory and cost validation in D365, variance analysis, audit support, and cross-functional liaison with operations to drive accurate financial reporting and continuous improvement.

Provide HR administrative support including onboarding, HRIS/Workday data entry and audits, training administration, interview scheduling, and HR invoice processing. Serve as primary receptionist for corporate HQ, manage visitor access, mailroom, office supplies, and basic facilities/vendor coordination. Support HR projects and ensure a consistent employee experience.

Analyze and monitor e-commerce and digital shelf performance across retail partners. Build dashboards, integrate multi-source data, measure retail media ROI, optimize product content and search visibility, support Amazon channel growth, and drive website and UX improvements through data-driven insights and test-and-learn initiatives.

Lead RAGU brand as general manager: own P&L and marketing plan, drive sales, market share and innovation, manage budgets and syndicated data analysis (IRI/Circana), execute omnichannel campaigns, partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D and agencies, and coach Associate Brand Manager(s).

Drive net sales for a Mizkan portfolio within a defined territory by building retailer relationships, executing account-level category management and joint business plans, managing broker agencies, optimizing distribution and merchandising (physical and digital), controlling trade spend, and partnering cross-functionally to meet growth and financial targets.

Lead strategy and execution for the Walmart and Sam's Club account, driving profitable growth across distribution, shelving, pricing, promotions, and trade. Manage day-to-day business, negotiate with merchants, partner cross-functionally to launch innovation, optimize promotions/space, and oversee broker execution. Deliver sales targets, forecasts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
