Build and own behavior-driven lifecycle communications across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. The role involves segmentation, campaign creation, copywriting, automation, experimentation, analytics, and reporting using tools such as Customer.io, HubSpot, and Mixpanel. It partners with Marketing, Product, and customer-facing teams while developing digital customer success programs for self-serve customers. The manager will also pilot AI-agent applications in customer lifecycle workflows and help establish the function from the ground up.

Lead technical qualification and deliver customised demos and proofs-of-concept for enterprise prospects across ANZ. Advise on data architecture, ingestion, governance, and rollout strategies; partner with sales and post-sales teams to drive revenue and ensure successful implementation and measurable business outcomes.

Owns Mixpanel’s digital customer lifecycle communications across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Builds behavior-triggered programs, segments audiences, writes email and in-product copy, configures campaigns, measures outcomes, and runs experiments. Partners with Marketing, Product, and customer-facing teams to coordinate messaging and improve adoption. The role also pilots AI-agent approaches to scaled customer success and helps establish the company’s lifecycle infrastructure and operating processes.
