Drafts and negotiates customer, vendor, partnership, SaaS, data protection, security, and confidentiality agreements across APAC. Advises product, engineering, security, and business teams on privacy, regulatory compliance, and commercial risks. Develops contract templates, legal resources, processes, and AI initiatives while supporting cross-functional projects and strategic objectives. The role requires a Singapore-licensed attorney with at least five years of commercial contracting experience and strong communication, project management, judgment, and collaboration skills.

Designs and builds Mixpanel’s distributed data execution layer, including elastic query compute, distributed file caching, columnar storage, and compaction. The engineer contributes to technical design, prototypes, global rollouts, production operations, performance optimization, and reliability. The role partners with infrastructure and product teams while owning projects end to end and influencing the technical direction of the compute layer supporting AI-powered analytics.

Build scalable, secure AI platform infrastructure and services to accelerate agent/LLM development: core backend, agent orchestration, evaluation, monitoring, observability, and production reliability. Collaborate across teams and mentor engineers.
