Staff Accountant responsible for general ledger transactions, accounts payable, corporate card reconciliations, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable reconciliation, month-end close entries, balance sheet reconciliations, sales tax support, and audit documentation. The role reports to the Controller and requires accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel, cross-system reconciliation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Build and maintain full-stack eCommerce storefronts on the Miva platform using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL. Develop integrations with ERP, CRM, payment, shipping, analytics, and marketing systems through REST, SOAP, and XML services. Optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, analytics, merchandising, and conversion. Scope and estimate client work, troubleshoot technical issues, participate in reviews and testing, follow deployment schedules, and communicate project status in a remote, client-facing delivery environment.
