Leads the accounting and financial reporting function, including close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, consolidated financial statements, audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance. Manages and develops the Accounting team, researches technical accounting matters, partners with business leaders, and drives process improvements. Supports the Controller with strategic initiatives and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, J-GAAP, and J-SOX requirements.

Supports MMNA’s cloud and infrastructure environment through monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, provisioning, identity and access administration, Microsoft 365 support, backup and disaster recovery activities, and Tier 2 issue resolution. The role contributes to infrastructure projects, maintains technical documentation, collaborates with IT teams, and improves operational efficiency through automation and standardization.

Manage daily website operations for MitsubishiCars.com, including content publishing, quality assurance, functionality checks, platform governance, releases, and vendor coordination. Support digital campaigns, vehicle launches, lead-generation initiatives, SEO, and customer journey improvements. Monitor analytics and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities, provide performance reporting, and recommend improvements. Coordinate internal teams, agencies, and technology partners while maintaining website accuracy, governance, and operational efficiency.
