Provide executive-level administrative support and marketing coordination: manage calendars, travel, expense reporting, meeting materials, SharePoint records, vendor coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking, event logistics, and departmental projects while maintaining confidentiality and cross-department collaboration.

Manage HR, IT, and compliance functions, supervise staff, conduct performance appraisals, oversee compliance programs, and develop HR policies. Coordinate IT activities and ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations.

Manage end-to-end contract workflow and administration, support contract drafting/review, maintain templates and playbooks, advise business partners on contract risk, serve as Executive Committee Secretary, and drive corporate governance and compliance projects across departments.
