Leads customer experience improvements across Mitsubishi’s automotive aftersales network. The role analyzes customer satisfaction, reviews, surveys, dealer metrics, and brand sentiment; develops strategic initiatives, training, action plans, contests, and dealer programs; and collaborates with internal teams and dealer partners. Responsibilities also include executive presentations, team leadership, budget oversight, contract management, CX system optimization, and supporting new-model launches to improve loyalty, retention, service traffic, and parts and accessories sales.

Manage HR, IT, and compliance functions, supervise staff, conduct performance appraisals, oversee compliance programs, and develop HR policies. Coordinate IT activities and ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations.
