Own escalations on strategic accounts, drive repeatable processes while preserving bespoke execution, partner cross-functionally (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product) to scale launch models, and improve metrics and early-warning systems to reduce risk and ensure reliable delivery.

Full-cycle, territory-based Account Executive responsible for prospecting, consultative selling, demoing value, negotiating and closing new logo SaaS deals. Build pipeline from scratch, manage forecast and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and implementation. Requires local presence and ~25% travel.

The Staff Product Manager, App Founder at Miter is responsible for launching new apps for contractors, conducting customer discovery, building prototypes, and managing the product lifecycle to grow them into significant revenue-generating businesses.
