Generate new business pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Research construction-industry accounts, tailor messaging, qualify prospects, book sales-accepted leads, nurture prospects through discovery, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Track activity and pipeline metrics in Salesforce while helping refine sales messaging, cadences, scripts, and the SDR playbook.

Lead and grow Miter’s Financials engineering team while remaining hands-on. Own the architecture, roadmap, reliability, and delivery of greenfield financial products for construction contractors, including expenses, reimbursements, per diems, and enterprise financial systems. Partner directly with executives and early customers, hire and mentor engineers, and design correctness-critical transactional systems where money moves accurately at scale.

First-line customer support for Tier 1 payroll, taxes, HR, and benefits issues. Resolve tickets quickly and empathetically, follow troubleshooting frameworks, specialize over time, and escalate when needed to meet SLAs.
