Coordinates Mitel’s repair and after-sales supply chain, including repair-center performance, cost and invoice control, supplier communication, logistics, transport optimization, reverse logistics, spare-parts procurement, KPI reporting, customer satisfaction, process improvement, and sustainability reporting. The role also supports projects, negotiations, customer and market requirements, and development of tools for optimized after-sales operations.

Manage and strategically develop key accounts, primarily state authorities and IT service providers in Austria. Build executive-level relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate quotations and contracts, position tailored IT and communications solutions, analyze markets and competitors, pursue cross-selling, and maintain CRM forecasts and pipeline reports. The role requires collaboration with consulting, presales, and bid management teams, customer-focused solution development, German fluency, English proficiency, travel within Germany, and security screening.

Supports corporate communications across the UK, DACH, and France, including PR, media relations, social media, internal communications, content development, spokesperson coordination, and regional events. The role coordinates agencies and international teams, tracks communications KPIs, manages timelines, supports translation programs, and ensures consistent messaging across markets.
