Provides first-line HR support for employees and managers across the Americas. Responsibilities include posting jobs, coordinating interviews, supporting candidate screening, preparing offers and contracts, completing background and eligibility checks, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, conducting exit interviews, and tracking headcount. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, Excel proficiency, HRIS experience, and knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment laws.

Manage and strategically develop key accounts, primarily state authorities and IT service providers. Build executive relationships, identify business opportunities, oversee quotations and contract negotiations, position portfolio solutions, analyze markets and competitors, drive cross-selling, collaborate with consulting and bid teams, maintain CRM activities, report forecasts and pipelines, and develop industry-specific solutions.

Generate revenue through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and new business development in the Austrian market. Manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, prepare proposals and quotations, qualify sales opportunities, maintain CRM documentation, execute sales campaigns, and coordinate closed-business handovers to delivery teams. The role requires collaboration with Marketing and Direct Sales, compliance with sales processes, and fluent German with good English.
