Implements and deploys software solutions at customer sites, including converting clients from legacy or competitor platforms. Performs needs analysis, configures software, trains users, demonstrates functionality, tracks conversion status, communicates issues and enhancements, and collaborates on troubleshooting and process improvements. The role requires national travel, customer communication, basic geometry and measurement skills, blueprint and schematic interpretation, and use of Microsoft Office.

Provides Tier II technical support for Windows endpoints, hardware, software, and IT services escalated from Tier I. Troubleshoots and resolves incidents through a ticketing system, documents technical events, guides users through solutions, performs follow-up and quality assurance, and escalates unresolved issues to Tier III. Collaborates with IT administrators and engineers to expand support capabilities, assist with deployments and recoveries, and help maintain company resource security and integrity.

Supervises procurement buyers and leads sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance for metal building and stamping operations. Develops cost-reduction strategies, monitors commodity markets and supply risks, ensures material availability, and maintains purchasing compliance. Uses SAP S/4HANA and Procure-to-Pay processes to improve procurement data, standard work, and supply chain performance. Provides coaching and daily leadership to the procurement team while partnering with manufacturing, planning, engineering, and operations.
