Owns FP&A business partnering for a global function, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, financial modeling, investment analysis, cost optimization, and executive decision support. Advises leadership on performance, resource allocation, technology investments, risks, and opportunities while monitoring project and subscription spending. Requires strong financial analysis, communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.

Supervises procurement buyers and leads sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance for metal building and stamping operations. Develops cost-reduction strategies, monitors commodity markets and supply risks, ensures material availability, and maintains purchasing compliance. Uses SAP S/4HANA and Procure-to-Pay processes to improve procurement data, standard work, and supply chain performance. Provides coaching and daily leadership to the procurement team while partnering with manufacturing, planning, engineering, and operations.

Develop and maintain master production schedules and material plans across multiple manufacturing facilities. Analyze demand, capacity, inventory, and supply risks; optimize MRP parameters, safety stock, lead times, and inventory levels. Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, logistics, and engineering to resolve shortages and capacity constraints. Build planning dashboards and performance metrics, lead inventory reduction and continuous improvement initiatives, and support standardization through 5–10% travel.
