Lead Mitek’s EMEA revenue strategy and execution across direct enterprise and channel sales for identity and fraud prevention platforms. Own regional growth, forecasting, pipeline, account expansion, partner ecosystem development, customer adoption, and revenue targets. Manage enterprise sales and account teams, negotiate complex multi-year agreements, support regulated-market customers, and report performance to the CRO while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and global channel teams.

Lead post-sales success for enterprise SaaS customers, drive adoption, monitor account health and model performance, manage escalations, run QBRs, partner cross-functionally to ensure renewals and expansions, and deliver measurable business outcomes while advising on identity verification and fraud detection solutions.

Act as primary escalation contact resolving complex product issues using logs, API payloads, DB queries, and code review. Coordinate with Engineering/Data Science, mentor Support Tier 2, improve documentation, and report ticket trends to reduce future incidents.
