Guide customers through vehicle purchases by presenting and demonstrating vehicles, negotiating pricing, closing sales, managing online leads, maintaining CRM follow-up, scheduling appointments, and meeting sales and conversion targets. The role requires strong product knowledge, communication, customer service, problem-solving, computer, typing, and internet skills. Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required, as training is provided.
