Leads warehouse receiving operations, supervising staff, scheduling workloads, verifying shipments, inspecting products, resolving discrepancies, and managing receiving data. Oversees sorting, staging, put-away, inventory counts, safety compliance, employee training, hiring, and performance management. Coordinates with vendors, carriers, purchasing, and warehouse leadership while tracking receiving performance and improving operational accuracy and efficiency.

Reconciles daily route settlements, invoices, cash receipts, payments, credits, and related accounting transactions. Researches discrepancies, posts customer payments, supports Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, maintains documentation, assists with close and reporting processes, and communicates with operational and accounting teams. The role also audits transaction data, supports month-end and year-end reconciliations, and performs administrative accounting duties while maintaining confidentiality.

Manages the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review and coding, purchase order matching, payment processing, vendor record maintenance, statement reconciliation, month-end close support, reporting, audit assistance, compliance, and internal controls. Communicates with vendors to resolve discrepancies and payment inquiries while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting process improvements.
