Develop and manage academic, industry, government, community, and nonprofit partnerships across the Okanagan region. Build relationships with post-secondary institutions, identify and advance research, innovation, and talent-development opportunities, advise partners on project design and Mitacs programs, represent Mitacs at regional events, and coordinate opportunities with internal teams. The role requires independent portfolio management, strategic regional engagement, strong stakeholder communication, and frequent travel throughout the region.
