Teams at Mist Mobility Integrated Systems Technology Inc.

Execute hardware, software, and system-level verification tests for aerial delivery and recovery systems. Develop and run test procedures, support integration of sensors/avionics, conduct field, environmental and EMI/EMC testing, collect/analyze data, perform root-cause analysis, maintain test documentation and support production fixes. Travel to US test sites up to 25%.

Serve as the liaison between Engineering and Production to develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes. Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, prepare documentation (work instructions, PFMEA, PPAP/PSO), support capital requests, supervise/train staff, and maintain tooling and production records to enable efficient full-rate production.

Develop and maintain embedded real-time software for precision aerial delivery systems. Design and verify guidance, navigation, and control algorithms; implement fault-tolerant systems; perform simulation and physical testing; write modular C/C++ code and unit tests; troubleshoot and document software; collaborate with cross-functional teams; mentor junior engineers.
