Provide no-cost confidential business counseling, training development and delivery, and resource referrals to small businesses. Support SBA program goals, track outcomes, write grants, build stakeholder partnerships, market SBDC services, and travel regionally to deliver workshops and one-on-one consulting.

Coordinate and direct the marching band percussion section: design programs, teach and choreograph routines, manage rehearsals, equipment, recruitment, and participate in planning and performances.

Provide administrative leadership for the Plaster School of Business: manage strategic initiatives and operational projects, ensure compliance and accreditation support, coordinate staffing (hiring, onboarding, supervision, adjuncts), handle student concerns, manage reporting, grants, facilities and IT requests, organize meetings, and represent the school internally and externally.

Provide administrative and clerical support for Global Education and Communications: enter courses and faculty data in Banner, manage traveler paperwork and study abroad insurance, assist students and faculty with registrations, handle reception/mail/supplies, maintain databases for exchange partners, support events and outreach, and process departmental forms and expense reports.

Provide academic advising and career coordination for ~75 students: manage tutoring/study groups, teach up to one class yearly, develop Individual Development Plans, assist with course selection, administer diagnostic assessments, coordinate workshops and job-shadowing, and supervise student staff and program activities.
