Provides advanced helpdesk support for campus computers, peripherals, software, network accounts, and Blackboard LMS functionality. Troubleshoots user, application, authentication, and system issues; performs root cause analysis and remedial actions; installs and modifies software; creates work orders; assists with account management; coordinates with vendors; supports outages; and trains faculty, staff, and students.

Provides confidential business counseling, training, resource referrals, and follow-up support to small business owners and entrepreneurs. Advises on marketing, budgeting, business planning, financing, personnel, and retailing. Coordinates workshops, promotes SBDC programs, develops community and economic development partnerships, supports grant applications, reports program outcomes, and delivers presentations. Requires regional travel to clients, conferences, and training events, along with use of specialized business and office software.
