Leads the Missouri Botanical Garden’s comprehensive institutional advancement program, including fundraising, major and transformational gifts, campaigns, membership, donor stewardship, foundation and corporate relations, planned giving, events, and advancement operations. Serves as a strategic advisor to the President, Board, and executive team; builds philanthropic partnerships; strengthens donor engagement and organizational fundraising culture; and oversees a 35-person advancement team with four direct reports.

Leads human resources and safety strategy across a complex, multi-site botanical institution. Advises executive leadership, oversees a 12-person HR and Safety team, and directs talent management, organizational development, compensation, benefits, compliance, workplace safety, HR operations, succession planning, and employee engagement. The role strengthens people practices, develops leaders, supports organizational change, ensures reliable HR services, and promotes an inclusive, mission-aligned workplace culture.
