Senior executive responsible for designing and leading enterprise risk management and compliance programs across Mission Underwriters. Oversees regulatory compliance, governance, contract review, underwriting oversight, information security coordination, and stakeholder reporting while building a risk-aware culture and advising leadership and the Board.

Lead and expand Seafarer Marine's nationwide commercial marine underwriting function. Set underwriting strategy, authority levels, pricing, and risk selection. Oversee portfolio performance, partner with actuarial and claims, build broker and carrier relationships, develop underwriting talent, and drive profitable premium growth and product expansion across commercial, ocean, inland marine, and specialty yacht segments.

Own day-to-day operations for assigned MGAs, liaise with outsourced providers, manage agency onboarding, perform credit control and reconciliations, maintain process documentation, support compliance checks, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement and SLA adherence.

Lead underwriting performance and portfolio analytics across MGAs and capital partners. Provide pricing insight, portfolio optimization, carrier engagement, rating tool development, reporting, and new-MGA assessments to support profitable growth and strategic decisions.

Lead analysis and implementation of technology platforms: gather and document business requirements, analyze data for insights, define standards and best practices, design and execute testing, manage projects and timelines, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver presentations on progress and findings.

The Intern will assist the Underwriting team by helping analyze reports, process policies, and participate in special projects under guidance, alongside training in property insurance underwriting.
