Senior Financial Analyst embedded in Hospice finance to drive budgeting, forecasting, commission and incentive compensation management, sales enablement, territory profitability, KPI reporting, dashboards, data reconciliation across CRM/billing/financial systems, and ensure compliance with healthcare/HIPAA guidelines.

Manage SOC scheduling and back-fill coverage (including nights/weekends); maintain master scheduling calendar and zip code lists; monitor SOC workflow and reports; coordinate field staff caseloads with clinicians; communicate with patients, branches, and internal teams to resolve scheduling issues and report escalations to the Scheduling Supervisor.

Lead design and administration of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs; manage vendors and benefits cost/value; ensure ERISA/ACA/COBRA compliance; build analytics and dashboards for program effectiveness; ensure governance and audit readiness; lead the total rewards team; partner with Finance on budgeting and advise senior leadership.
