Build, configure, test, troubleshoot, and improve Flippy robotic systems. Develop system-level verification, validation, regression, and reliability tests; create Python automation tools; diagnose hardware and software failures; analyze data and identify root causes. Support prototype development, system integration, and occasional customer deployments. The role combines hands-on assembly, physical testing, software and QA automation, and field support in an on-site Pasadena environment.

Build and maintain Python-based automated tests for web applications, APIs, backend services, integrations, regression, and end-to-end workflows. Use AI coding and testing tools to improve coverage and efficiency. Diagnose defects, analyze results, collaborate on root-cause resolution, validate fixes, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. The role supports software quality across AI applications, restaurant operations systems, and kitchen robotics.

Design, prototype, test, and deploy mechanical and electromechanical modules for Flippy robotic kitchen systems. Define hardware requirements, perform system-level analysis, integrate subsystems, validate manufacturing and service feasibility, and improve field reliability. Maintain CAD models, drawings, part revisions, and engineering change orders in Arena PLM. Support deployment, customer needs, testing, vendors, supply chain, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
